What are your chews made of?

Each product page lists every active ingredient and its exact dose. Our base is a chicken-flavored soft chew made with natural ingredients. No artificial colors or preservatives. All products are manufactured in the EU under GMP+ and HACCP standards.

How long until I see results?

Most dogs show noticeable improvements within 4–6 weeks of daily use. For calming chews used before specific events (fireworks, vet visits), give 30 minutes beforehand for best results.

Are these safe for puppies?

Our supplements are formulated for adult dogs. For puppies under 12 months, we recommend consulting your veterinarian first.

Can I give my dog more than one product at a time?

Yes. Our formulas are designed to complement each other. Many customers combine Hip & Joint with Skin & Coat, or add Calming Support as needed.

How should I store the chews?

Keep the jar sealed and store at room temperature, away from direct sunlight. No refrigeration needed. Use within 12 months of opening.

Do you ship to my country?

We currently ship to Germany, Netherlands, Denmark, Austria, Belgium, and Sweden. More countries coming soon. Orders over €40 get free shipping.

What is your return policy?

If you're not satisfied, contact us within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. The product must be unused or, if opened and your dog didn't like it, at least 75% remaining. We cover return shipping within the EU.
