Return & Refund Policy
We want you and your dog to be happy with every purchase. If you're not satisfied, here's how returns work:
14-day return window. You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
Conditions for return:
- Products must be unopened and in their original sealed packaging
- Products must be in resalable condition
- Opened or partially used products cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons
How to initiate a return:
Email us at hello@nordicpetlab.com with your order number. We'll provide return instructions within 24 hours.
Refunds:
Once we receive the returned product and verify its condition, we'll issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Return shipping:
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect — in which case we cover return shipping.
Damaged or defective products:
If your order arrived damaged or you have concerns about product quality, please email us with photos within 48 hours of delivery. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Right of withdrawal:
In accordance with EU consumer protection law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. This right does not apply to sealed goods which have been opened after delivery, where such goods are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons.
